Q: Can I borrow a vehicle and still get paid rental?
A: Yes, we will reimburse for usage of another vehicle (not owned by you).
Q: What about my teenage driver? I don't want him on my policy.
A: You can not have protection and avoid rating your young driver. It's that cake and eat-it-too moment. If you have a young driver they are covered on all cars in the household but rated on only one. If you have more or the same number of cars as drivers, you choose which car on which your young driver is rated. However, if you have more drivers than cars, the young driver is rated as part-time driver on the highest rated car.
If you choose to exclude your young driver from the policy through the legal 515a Driver Exclusion form, your insurance will be void on any loss from that driver. Please note, though you may have no insurance to protect you, an exclusion does not protect you against lawsuit and you may be personally liable for any damages done to another party by your young, excluded driver.
